Organizations do not appear when I open a ticket through the panel.

I have about five organizations registered but they do not appear when i open a call.

Hi Grupo,

Jira Work Management does not use Organizations if you are trying to use the JWM form for that. It is only available with Jira Service Management.

Can you provide the steps that you are executing? Can you provide screen images to show us what you see?
