Not receiving email notifications

i am not receiving emails from jira ticket status notification to outlook,

Can someone help to resolve this pls?

When i try open your given URL, it redirect to community page again by taking couple of information, not sure this is helping me

If the URL doesn't work then please just type: Atlassian support contact and you will find the page in Google - don't know why the URL is not working.
