Not all dependencies line are shown

Hello,

In Jira Advanced Roadmap I have a plan where I have it grouped by teams and Dependencies lines selected.

Why are some lines shown but not all?

I'll include a picture that shows this.

Hi Chuck,

Sometimes dependencies won't show if it's not included in the Advanced roadmap plan. (That is if one team has Advanced Roadmaps and the other team does not.)

• Going Plans>Settings then Advanced roadmap dependencies could be one solution.
• You can also go to settings then under the dependencies section make sure dependency lines are selected.

I setup the plan and all teams use roadmaps.
As you can see the incoming and outgoing links are there but I have people asking why only some inter-team lines are there and some are not.

More importantly there are no cross team lines at all.  Currently we use another product for this and that product shows all the lines. It's feed data from Jira, just not understanding why JAR is not showing them.

I'm facing the same issue, it seems like the lines only show when we use Group by "None". I tried to use Group by Team or Project, the lines doesn't show up for both cases.
