Not able to view the customised fields in the list view in Jira work management

I am able to add the columns in the list view (using + sign on the right hand corner) but it is not populating the data that I have entered for  all issue types.

Yes, I was able to resolve the issue by including the custom fields in the screen field configuration.

Hi @Jubleen

were you able to resolve this issue? I just tried this on my own site and couldn't reproduce the problem. (I'm almost certain that this wouldn't be related to free vs. paid.)

Please not that I am using the free version. I am not sure if it has something to do with it or not.

Hi, 

PFA the screenshots.

For ex: I have added scheduled start date. The data is not getting populated in this column even though I have manually added the dates while creating issues.

Hello @Jubleen 

Can you provide some screen images to illustrate your problem?

Can you show us the List View and point out fields that are not being populated?

And show us those individual issues with enough revealed for us to see that the issue actually has data in those fields?
