Not able to configure Github for Jira

i have installed Github For Jira app from app list 
and when i click on Get Started it takes a long loading time and then fails with a message

As per my experince, This is something from the network issue So Could you please let me know After which steps you are getting this issue. If you let me know, It will better to investigate the issue.

• Integrate Jira Software with GitHub Cloud .

Please go through the above document and configure correctly, If you are facing any issues in configure process. Kindly let me know.

I have resolved this a few days ago.

The issue was related to Browser cookies, Clearing browsing history and cookies resolved my issue.
