Not able to access JIRA

Hi,
I got some out of memory error when tried to access jira console and since then I am not able to access my jira dashboard at all.
where should I look for logs and stuff? and how can I fix this?

You don't on Cloud.

Raise it with Atlassian Cloud Support  - it's the only thing you can do for Cloud errors
