None of the task of type test execution are opening properly

All the tasks of type "test execution" are throwing 503 error

when checked on network layer, below apis are failing

 /api/internal/issuelinks/testexec/<>/tests HTTP/1.1

https://xray.cloud.getxray.app/api/internal/testExec/<>testPlansMissingTests

Both apis are throwing 503

Are you still experiencing this issue? There was a general outage earlier today impacting marketplace apps and automation, but according to https://status.atlassian.com/ this issue has been resolved and systems are back to normal.
