New Customer with Apps issue

I setup a test account and liked the project side of things although I only set it up initially to use Draw.IO.

I've since set up an account for work and have been adding users but I'm still having the same issue I had with my initial account.

I keep getting an error message appear.

 And when I click the menu link in the bottom left it states "Could not load linked applications" under 'APPS' which is under the 'Site Administration' link.

This was the same issue I was having with my own personal install even after I managed to install Draw.io

If I click the 'Site Administration' link I get the pop up message "Something went wrong | Please try again later"

It also doesn't load the 'Add-ons' link that i'm sure appeared under 'Authentication' in the 'Administration' page.

I'm using Chrome browser | Cookies are enabled as are pop-ups.

Found Add-ons under | Jira > Settings > Add-ons

The main issue is when I click 'Site Administration' I get the pop-up error and then 'Jira' isn't listed.
