Multiple projects using the same workflow scheme. Will there be any effects to the tickets in different projects project.

If you are asking if there are changes to an issue in one project will it cause changes to issues in other projects just because they share a workflow - then the answer is no, there are no effects at all.

If you are using default workflow scheme and that scheme will be using by many projects.

then there will be no effects for existing tickets.

If you have done any changes in default  workflow scheme.then it will effect to other projects,in that case you can create different scheme of that particular project.
