Is it possible to create multiple forms in the same jira work management project?
As of today this functionality is now available for all JWM projects :)
You can view our updated documentation here for how it works now: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/how-to-create-edit-save-and-delete-a-form/
is there a way to get an id of form that was used to create the task to build automation around that?
in the past, we had the label 'business-form' but now is not an identifier anymore.

..and correct me if I am wrong, but there is no way to add a predefined value to a field on the form editor level?

Hi
We use (when not using our own app - ConfiForms) one plugin from our friends - Raley Intake Forms for Jira exactly because of this limitation.
And also it becomes very handy when we need to have a custom Jira issue intake form to use OUTSIDE Confluence/Jira and in multiple languages

Thanks for the info, seems a bit silly that you could only create one form, its like they almost got a touchdown but fumbled at the one yard line.

Well, just remember that this is a brand new iteration and things are being iterated on. Not everything will be perfect out of the gate. Outside of JSM projects, you cannot create forms out of the box.
