I would like to get your thought about the best way to organize a Multinational Marketing Team in Jira work management,
Let's assume, a team of 6 members and one manager,
every member supports a number of countries, with some digital and traditional marketing activities
I'm the manager and I want everyone to access only his own area ( countries and their projects and tasks )
So, the question is:
How to create this organization in Jira work management, should I create for example 6 boards ? and everyone accesses only his board with his projects/tasks?
Then
how to create boards?
or there is another way?
please advise

Yes, that is one way to do it. I would add a custom field - probably multi select list type for the countries. Then you can create your filter for each board using values from that field. If you go that route, here is an article I wrote earlier this year for how to create additional boards for Jira Work Management projects. If you find it helpful, please give it a Like :-)
Another option is to create just one additional board, following the same guidance in the article. Then use Quick Filters on the board to only show cards based on the same custom field. That would probably work better for you because you could still see ALL cards in a single board.
