Moving the the add page back to the top right side of the screen

The (+) button on the left side of the page would be more discoverable and would feel more at home if it was with the other buttons at the top right side of the page. This is where it used to be too!

I think you need to explain this more.   You've tagged it with Jira, but said "add page", which is a Confluence function, and you've not explained where you want to move from or to (as add page is already in the top bar, part of the menu)
