Monitor Groups - Addition or Removal of users

Is it possible to monitor addition or removal of users in groups ?

As an use case, lets suppose I got a mass change of a group thanks to an Identity Provider change, if I monitor certain groups, as an Application Manager, I would be able to identify this incident more easily before the users starts noticing it.

I might be harsh, but if there is a big change relating the IDP integration, in my opinion I think the IT department in your company should be notifying all related stakeholders.

The option you are promoting for, is not possible, but also process wise so wrong. As if this would be possible you are reacting to something you don't have in hand.

Proactive stakeholder management in your company should be aligned.
