I have a dashboard in Jira Work Management and a dashboard that consumes that project. The amounts do not match and I don't know why. If anyone can help me.

I think you might be referring to this:
In the first image - the Board - issues in the green/Finished status will be automatically hidden from the board when they have been in that status for more than 2 weeks. That is by design and not a configurable option.
The dashboard does show me the correct data, what worried me is that the incidents had disappeared, and the amount shown on the dashboard did not match the report I made. If you tell me that it is not a configurable option, can it be a configurable option with the paid version? because I would like to see my finished cards.

The Jira Work Management project board (the first image you provided) applies the "hiding" of issues only to the columns that have green statuses, like your Finished column. This is not configurable in any version, free or paid, for the Jira Work Management product.
The issues still exist in Jira. They are just not shown on the board display. You can still find them by searching for issues, and by selecting the Issues tab in the Jira Work Management project.
With the Jira Software product it is possible to configure a Kanban Board to show all the issues in the green statuses in the columns of the board.
