Mark a task as completed via email?

Question

Hi everyone, a client is asking if there's a way to have someone send an email and for this task to be marked as completed.

basically they sometimes have 3rd party people working on their issues and need a way for them to mark set task as done.

I've been googling but I can't find anything that would work.

Hi Esteban,

I suggest you use a mail handler to add the email as a comment on the issue that you want to close and combine that with an automation that closes the issue if the comment contains some specific word.
