Mapping Stories to Requirements

Question

We manage requirements out of Jira and Confluence but create stories in Jira. Is there a way for us to:

1- Label each story with requirement number(s) in Jira and

2- Be able to a) monitor & b) export the mapping for all requirements?

Here is simply what we would like to see:

Req. 1 : Story 2

Req. 2 :  Story 1

Req. 3 : Story 3

....
