Hi, we have Jira and Aha! within our business and I'd like to be able to setup the integration between the two software solutions. I previously used Azure DevOps where I was able to map the Epics, Features and Stories within their standard Scrum template but can't see how to do this in Jira.
I'd like to be able to have Epics with Features that Have Stories that have tasks as a hierarchy in Jira. I can see that I have the ability to create new items types but can't see how I can define the hierarchy between them which I'd need to link to Aha!.
Has anyone found a useful way to overcome this as without it I'm going to struggle integrating the two softwares through automation which would be a huge shame.
Have you tried using the Aha App? - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211698/aha-roadmaps-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
There's also this help page, which mentions configuring mappings.

Hi @Ste Wright ,
The Aha! App in the store looks like it is just an advertising page for the Aha! Roadmaps product which we have fully licensed already. The issue is that within Aha you have:
Epics/Master Features, Features and Requirements
in our Jira we have
Epics, Stories and Tasks
As one Epic/Master Feature in Aha! does not map 1-to-1 to Jira that is where I have he problem. Hence why I'd like to have the following in Jira:
Master Feature, Epic, Story, Task
Allowing the Master Feature in both tools to be mapped.
I can see that I can create the additional work item type in Jira but I can't see how I can define it as a parent of an Epic.
