Manual Test Executions imports using .CSV file

Hi,
I am not able to import Test Executions using .CSV file for manual tests. using Xray App.
For Jira On-Prem version I was able to do this easily, for cloud version not able to import.
Let me know if we have any workaround for this issue.
Steps Followed:
Xray App -> Test Case Importer
