Hi. I there a way to convert google emails to Jira tickets without using an add-on? Using an add-on is fine I just want to save money.

You can add your own incoming email handler by going to Jira Administration/System/Mail/Incoming Email
Add an Email Server to connect
Then add an Email Handler to perform actions. The in-built action are create or update a ticket in a defined project.
