Mail response to issue created by incoming mail handler

Is it possible to send email, to email received from, with reference on issue created by Incoming mail handler?

If I understand you correctly, I think yes. You can customize email templates as you wish. Just add

${baseurl}/browse/${issue.getKey()}

into template.
