qualcuno di voi sà come non riportare qualsiasi tipo di allegato nella ISSUE, o meglio non far allegare ogni volta la firma delle mail utilizzando  l'app MAIL@issue ?

mi ritrovo i ticket sempre colmi a causa delle varie firme che si mettono
