Jira notification if confluence page was changed

Hi, 

In Jira I have requirements. Each requirement have link to Confluence pages, where are more informations about requirement (because not all informations I can put in Jira description field).

Is there any mechanism allowing to notify user (who is working or worked on this issue in past)  if this linked confluence page was modified?
