Jira has problems Starting up

Hi,

I tried to install Jira in a new VM but I did not reach to run it. I was Blocked since a week.

The problem is maybe with Jira Home Directory.

Any Help please,

Hello @tmanai it appears that the Jira users that is running the service doesn't have permission to read/modify the home folder.

Check those permissions and try again.
