Jira dashboard two dimensional filter statistics error

Our user has a dashboard two dimensional gadget. Filter is using this dashboard 3.jpg

And the gadget X Axis is status and Y Axis is fix for versions (all). It shows this

It has extra row of the same fix version name AAM DEV-Cycle2 and the number is 1 issue. But all other fix version issues plus together is 1449 so the 1 issue is duplicate. After I click it, the filter shows this

I'm not sure why project S4TAX is in here. Could someone help to figure it out? Thank you.

Hi @Jason Liu,

Was this S4TAX issue moved from the project AAM? If so, try to re-index the projects S4TAX and AAM (Project settings > Re-index project) and check the dashboard gadget again.

Hi Kseniia, I tried re-index both of the two projects. It still shows that way. Is there any other possibility?

@Jason Liu, no more guesses for now... Can you please also run the full re-index of Jira? I still think that the issue may be related to index.
