Hello,

We use JIRA Software and Jira Core. We changed licenses for some users to JIRA Core from Jira Software and after that they cannot editing their filters.

Also when user use JIRA Core after earlier used JIra Software license we have a problem to access to Tempo Teams but here tempo only shows a warning and after that everything works fine.

Best from Poland

Robert

Hi Marcin/Robert,

while Jira Core is limited as per software boards for example I have not heard this as for filter editing as per now.

Is there a specific error message the users are getting when trying to edit their filters?

In case there is one: does it correlate with an error in atlassian-jira.log (please check!).

For Tempo I'd rather refer you to Tempo specialists, probably even the Tempo official support.

Regards,
Daniel
