Jira cloud and 1C integration possible?

We have Jira Software Cloud and 1C accounting on a hardware server, is it possible to integrate them so my users don't have to do double work by recording the same figures in both systems?
Which way is the integration possible?
What are the downsides?
Any help is much appreciated.

What do you mean by integrating? Do you want to use the 1C data on Jira, or create a bidirectional synchronization?
