i have jira 8.10.0 .it is the last version of jira that i installed it on my linux server.but it says and upgrade task has failed .how can i solve that?is there any way to prevent jira to uprade?

i see some query but they were not usable.how can i do that

Hi Sina,

welcome to the Atlassian Community!

It sounds that the upgrade was interrupted but a closer look into log files most probably will be needed to get to the bottom of the case.

I'd recommend you to take a look into atlassian-jira.log what might be causing the upgrade fault.

Please also double-check with upgrading documentation if all steps were executed correctly before the upgrade:
