Apparently my Jira Software product is offline. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the the product back online?
It's possible your account was deactivated due to a lack of use - you can check here...

Hi @Samantha Van Luchem welcome to the community. Usually the first thing I check is the Atlassian Status Page, to see if there's a system wide issue. But that's not an issue right now.
But based on that, there are no present issues. Is it inactive, or giving you any errors?
