Hi everyone,
My customers are using Customer Portal, this is great ! In particular, users from a common customer can view the tickets they share through their organization. This is also great.
Now, they would like to extract tickets list.
Would it be possible to provide them with the "open in excel" / "open in google sheet" function available for a standard jira user ?
Without that, as soon as they have several pages of tickets, the list view available in customer portal is quite limited.
Thanks in advance for your support,
Best regards, Olivier.
Hi @newLab/Olivier ,
I don't think this functionality exists today in the native Jira Service Desk. There is a ticket for the corresponding request here:
For Cloud:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-826
For Server:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-826
I'd suggest to vote for this feature :-)
Hi @newLab/Olivier ,
As mentioned in first answer, this feature is not in Service Desk. As alternative, we recently released add-on in Atlassian Marketplace: Requests Export for Jira Service Desk
This add-on allows customers to export requests to CSV and Excel. Feel free to try it out and let us know if you face any issues.

Hi @Nar Kumar C_ - Narva Software ,
I am trying your add-on.
I see nothing in the list, whereas it should show at least 4 open requests.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
If you can see requests under Requests, it should allow exporting those requests.
We added error tracking in case it is specific to your instance configuration. Could you please leave us your email? You can contact us via email support@narva.net, or you can also raise ticket using Jira Service Desk
We will continue the troubleshooting there. Thanks.

hello, one of our clients requires exports of tickets including commentary. Does this plug in support this feature. Basically any external comments that have been in the activity section of the ticket.
Thanks
