Jira Portfolio Shcedules more task for a day/week than available capacity

Dear All!
I am facing the following issue in Jira Portfolio. For some reason the tool schedules more 30 hour work to one day, but the available capacity is 65 hours. It appears as, the scheduled start and end date the same date. I checked upon people availability but there were no exeption are given for the certain period. Also the timelince in team capacity view shows empty gaps. Seems like a bug for me, did anyone had similar experience?
