We've been using the Jira Cloud for Sheets extension for some time now, with minimal issues. It pull the selected fields, follows the filters, and sticks to the scheduled refreshes.
However, in trying to make the most recent updates, I've run into an issue. We have a couple custom fields we're trying to get it to start pulling, and they always come back blank. I can find them in the field list of the extension, and can see them with data populated in Jira itself. But the column never gets any actual data.
Any guidance on what could be happening here would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @rvermette , if you use the export icon in the JQL search and choose all fields to CSV and the open in Sheets or Excel does the data show?
