Jira Board with Release Columns

I'd like to create a tracker similar to a Kanban board, but I want the columns to be based on the Fix/Version field instead of status. I also want to set the horizontal swimlanes by a custom field. Also, I'd only like to display epics on the board

Explained another way, this could be like a spreadsheet where the rows are custom field values, columns are fix/versions, and the cells contain Epics that have the corresponding values. 

Do you know of a plugin or some other way to do this?

This is not possible natively in Jira. 

Doing some research, it seems that this would be possible using the following add-on available on the Atlassian Marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211683/comala-canvas-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Please trial this app to verify this does indeed meet your business requirements.
