Jira Automation and CRON settings

I used the following CRON schedule "0 15 8 ? * MON-FRI" assuming it would run at 8:15am however it ran at 8:15pm. My location is Australian Eastern daylight saving time. What region / timezone are the CRON run against?

Automation runs at UTC. I wish you could choose your Zone but not there today.
