Hello! Is anyone else struggling to get the JWM university course to load? I checked my pop-ups and everything should be working correctly due to the settings. After clicking 'Launch', a new window opens saying the course is loading, but then the page goes blank. Any ideas on how to get these videos to open?
I haven't had any issues loading the courses on Chrome. May want to try incognito on your chrome browser. Also, look at any browser apps that maybe blocking the course.
