No. I believe, when you create a report or pivot table in Confluence, it asks for which all columns you want and therefore it can't be defined in JIRA. You can only fetch data from JIRA, but you need to select or define what all columns you want, in Confluence.
Suppose a field in JIRA "Approval Category" has values : QA Pass, Requirement, UAT Pass, Test Plan.
