Issues with fix version value are not appearing on Portfolio plans

Hi,

I see an issue with my Advance Roadmap plans. Whenever an issue is associated to a fix version (this is created in a specific Jira project), I couldn't see it in the plan view. 

Issue source filter was able to retrieve all issues on search but I couldn't see them on plan.

We have releases in our Jira project but on my plan under Releases tab I don't see any of those releases

can someone please assist on what I am missing here?

Did someone exclude the releases in the Exclusion Rules (check the plan configuration to confirm)? Is there a filter on the plan related to Releases?

I don't know that this could be possible, but is there a chance that the Releases from a different project are showing up in the Plan or are being filtered in/out in some way?
