Hi,

All the issues in a project disappeared from board view after I decided to update the workflow. I changed the status name for example from "In review" to "In progress" and now I can only see all the issues in list view.

Hi @Natalia Montero

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Please check your board filter query, and if it is limiting the issues based on status = "In Review" then you need to update it to "In Progress".

Thank you,
Ashish

Thank you so much! It was the board filter.

@Ashish Bijlwan  I am having this same issue, except it's not the filter. Boards for projects are only showing select issue types, and we're not able to show the others. Any ideas?

Hi @Matthew Finger

Please correct me if I am wrong, your board is not showing issues from other projects?

For this, please could you share the screenshot of your board filter query?

Thank you,

Ashish

Hi @Ashish Bijlwan It's not showing me different issue types. I figured it out, though -- the board only shows one workflow at a time, and the different types have different workflows.

Hi @Matthew Finger

Check the Board Filter query, if filter query is returning data for only one issue type then you will show the workflow for that issue type only.

For example:

If your board filter query is something like issuetype = Story, then Board will only show all the Stories and the workflow of the Stories.

If you want to add more issue types in your board then please add the issuetype name in your filter query like issuetype in (Story, Task, Sub-Task, Epic) and save it. Then check your board column and see if there is any Workflow status which is in unmapped column that you need to move to right Board Column.

Thank you,
Ashish
