Looking for help determing why our instance won't create a critical path in the gantt of Big Picture. We use custom date and custom issue types - so not sure if that is an issue. Even a simple 4 step sequence will not identify all steps as part of the critical path. BP version 9.4.4 on a server instance. I have full admin rights to all connected projects, but some network limitations from the installation since I am not a network admin.
Colleague found a note about similar issue in a previous version but release notes said had been fixed.
All suggestions welcome, unfortunatley can't share screen shots since data is prioritary.
You should contact Big Picture app support directly here, as you pay for the app, you have direct support with the app vendor...
