Is there a way to customize email notifications to include associated epic names and labels?

We onboard customers using a repeatable process with each of the tasks as individual child issues in an epic. When we onboard a new customer we clone the epic template with the associated child issues and change the name of the epic to reflect that customer. We also use labels to link related customers.

Problem: Jira email notifications only include the name of the ticket but not associated epic names or labels which make it difficult to understand which customers these tasks are for. Screen Shot 2022-06-23 at 9.44.55 AM.png

We support custom email subjects in Notification Assistant for Jira. You would use a customfield placeholder in the Subject for the Epic Link field. For example, in my system, I used the following subject to include the Epic of the issue:

[JIRA] (${key}) - ${customfield_10014}
