Is there a way to adjust the customer portal view for Jira requests after applying a custom form?

Hello,

I've created a new Jira Form to replace the standard Service Request Form for one of our projects to allow conditional formatting. The Jira Form uses the same custom fields as they were in the original service request portal. When applying the new Form, the Customer View for the already submitted request tickets no longer shows any of the field information as it pulls the information from the Jira Form.

I've attempted applying the fields to the 'Request Form' in Project Settings; however, it removes the capability for conditional formatting. I've also gone through the Project Settings > View Issue screen, but that doesn't allow me to adjust the fields on the Customer Portal.

Is there a way to adjust the fields on the customer portal view for the already submitted Jira request tickets with the new custom Form applied?

Best regards,

Jeff

Hi @Jeffrey Stoddard

If I understand your question correctly, there is no possibility of aligning the formatting of the submitted Jira requests with what has been in place or updated.

Just FYI regarding the submitted Jira requests, at least at the moment, there is no functionality allowing entry changes to be made. But here are a couple of workarounds.
