Is there a way I can do a bulk delete of filters rather than deleting them one at a time?

I have quite a few OLD filters in my filters section which I no longer need. Is there a way that I can delete MULTIPLE filters at once, rather than deleting them one at a time?

I have quite a few old filters I need to get rid of.
