On Jira Service Desk the only dedicated page for approvals is on the customer portal.
If the user opens the customer portal and clicks on the profile picture, it will show the option "Approvals", then they will see the list of tickets that are waiting for approval.
Otherwise, if they want to use Jira interface, not the customer portal, they will have to use the filter below to show what is pending. So, on "Issues and filters, they must use:
Approvals = myPending()
Or, if they want to find tickets that they already approved they can use:
Approvals = myApproval()
