Just downloaded an application in the Jira marketplace by my administrator. Just after succesfull installation, the application is not visible for me. Where did it go and what can we do about it?

Thanks! We managed to fix it. Apparently you can only add users in the Application itself and not throught the website itself.

Apps inject varying amounts of stuff into the Jira UI - some give you loads of links and entire new forms, others don't touch the UI and work in the background.
We need to know which app it is so we can see where on that range it is.
