Insights "your sprint scope has changed by" widget for dashboards

I want to put the 

Insights "your sprint scope has changed by" widget

on a dashboard.

Is there a dashboard widget that does this?

Short answer: no.

Longer answer:

The closest thing to that for the out-of-the-box dashboard gadgets is the Sprint Health Gadget: https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile064/jira-agile-user-s-guide/using-the-jira-agile-gadgets/using-the-sprint-health-gadget

That has a scope changed section, and it is different from the one shown for the new Insights one.

If that will not meet your needs please investigate the Atlassian Marketplace for addon gadgets that may help.
