CSV Field --------- JIra Field ------- Map Field Value
Comment ---- > Comment , Do not show up in JIRA fields dropdown for maping,
If not mapped, it do not Import into JIRA story , wondering why is it not showing up.please helpthanks
Hi @Bhanu Moorthy Do you see any field value called "Comment body" to map?
If you don't see it, can you try to import issues from the Administration -> System -> External system import section. This administration system import should have all the fields you need to map from your CSV.
