Create an Automation Rule.

Select Trigger: Scheduled (daily) and add a query duedate >= 5d and duedate < 6d (It will get the result who due date is after 5 days)

Add Action: Send Email.

Hi @Madhuri Patil .

Welcome to Atlassian community!

Yes, this is possible, you can measure the timing with the help of SLA and ADD an Automation to send the email But I just want few inputs from you to give the solution properly.

Can you please explain in detatils what actual requriment..? I have configured the same like Once issue created the it will send the email If the Due date changed.

Regards,

Sanjen Bariki
