I need help - Text Field (multi-line) does not display editing and formatting text bar on Jira servi

I need help - Text Field (multi-line) does not display the editing and formatting text bar on the Jira service desk form, instead it is in a loop loading, loading and nothing showing the formatting bar.

I've tried the Field Renderers and it didn't work.

Hi Alexandre,

You have to change the Renderer for the field in the Field Configuration scheme for the project. Go to Settings > Issues > Field Configuration. Search for the one used by your project. 

Then search for the multi-line (paragraph) field you created. Change the Renderer to Wiki-style.
