I need help on something, I need to create a custom field (a single choice one) and I already have all the values that I need on an excel, but they are a lot. I already have them too in another field (plain text field) in all the issues in my projects.
Do you know what can I do to import all those values into the field? As I said, I have those values on the issues or in an excel.
What do you recommend for me to do?

First, is this a global custom field that could be used in Company Managed or Team Managed projects, or are you trying to create a custom field for just a Team Managed project?
Second, how many values is "a lot"? More than 50? More than 100?
I ask those questions because:

Nice! It´s actually a company managed project and the "a lot" means all the cities in a country. So I actually can´t remove any of those and users are not using it, it´s just for them to use it as filtres.
