Advanced Roadmaps is something that you get if you upgrade to Premium Jira - there isn't a separate app for it

You need Premium Atlassian Plan to make Advanced Roadmaps. Timeline is free to you for making Roadmaps, but it has some limitations, such as:

Timeline does not allow you to show Subtasks, which can be limiting if you need a Gantt that gets into the nitty gritty.
Timeline does not allow you to include multiple projects in one view, which can make it challenging to show a large overview of multiple initiatives.

Alternatively, you can make a free roadmap using Visor's Gantt chart feature. Visor syncs to your Jira data, making it easy to make roadmaps that stay accurate:
