I dont see "Advanced Roadmap" in JIRA Apps. I see a bunch of others, like "Product Roadmap"

I dont see "Advanced Roadmap" in JIRA Apps. I see a bunch of others, like "Product Roadmap". How do I install that ?

Advanced Roadmaps is something that you get if you upgrade to Premium Jira - there isn't a separate app for it

So weird. My accepted answer got removed? Not sure why. 

 

You need Premium Atlassian Plan to make Advanced Roadmaps. Timeline is free to you for making Roadmaps, but it has some limitations, such as:

  • Timeline does not allow you to show Subtasks, which can be limiting if you need a Gantt that gets into the nitty gritty.
  • Timeline does not allow you to include multiple projects in one view, which can make it challenging to show a large overview of multiple initiatives.

Alternatively, you can make a free roadmap using Visor's Gantt chart feature. Visor syncs to your Jira data, making it easy to make roadmaps that stay accurate:
