We've implemented tabs in all our projects to streamline the information users encounter on the general screen during issue creation. However, we aim to create filters for emailing that showcase these specific fields. I've noticed that these fields are not available as options to select as columns. We are using Jira Software
We would like to add the Deployed by, Deploy Date Required, etc.
Could someone help me or provide a way we can see the fields to select for my report?
I'm uncertain whether this issue pertains to the updated issue search view. However, upon switching to the old search view, I find that I can successfully choose the custom fields I wish to include as columns in my report, as illustrated below.

What types are the missing fields? Do they have searchers set? Where is it not offering the fields for selection?

They differ; some function as date and time pickers, others as text fields, and some as select lists. Across all projects, we utilize 110 custom fields, but I am unable to locate any of them in the selection options below. Where should I configure the searcher set?
